1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fenrirgolf.com with your order number and reason for return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within the 14-day window. Contact us to begin the process.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Worn, damaged, or washed products
- Gift cards
- Custom or limited-edition items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
